- Room-availability on day of arrival is 3:00 p.m.
- Departure time on day of departure is 10:00 a.m.
- For children aged from 0 to 3.99 years, a flat rate of €20 per day will be charged.
- For bed-and-breakfast format (without dinner) the price is reduced by €7.00 per person (for children, €5.00).
- Dogs, per day (without food) €5.00 each.

- Single-occupancy surcharge is €10.00 per day.
- Payment options: cash (in Euros) and EC cards.
- We will gladly provide a crib.

- 30 days before scheduled arrival: no cancellation fee will be charged.
- 29 day to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
- 7 days and fewer before scheduled arrival: the entire agreed price will be charged.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire agreed price will be charged.
- Cancellations are accepted only in writing.
